What is a zine?
⊛ A zine is a fan anthology: A collection of unofficial, fan-created works. It is mostly composed of creative work (commonly fanart or stories) focused around a particular fandom or theme.Is this zine physical or digital?
⊛ This zine will be digital-only. It will include digital merch.What is the rating of this zine?
⊛ The zine will be rated 16+ due to maturity of the original game. As this is a fun horror-themed zine, blood and horror content may be present, however, we are not aiming to create explicitly sexual, gorey, or any dead dove content for the zine.Can anyone join the zine?
⊛ All applicants must be at least 16 years or older by the time acceptance forms are emailed.How many contributors will be accepted?
⊛ We are aiming for a maximum of 30 contributors. This will cover: 20 illustration/spot artists, 4 writers, 5 merch artists, 1 cover artist. How will the zine contents be formatted?
⊛ The zine will have a section spotlight for each character, namely: Horropedia, Tooth Fairy, Blonney, and Jessica. A character will be assigned five (5) Page Artists to ensure equal distribution for each Green Lake character. Group pairings, duos, etc. will be allowed as long as there is a focus on your assigned character.Are ships allowed?
⊛ Certain ships are allowed as they are hinted at the game, but please keep in mind that this is not a ship-centered zine.Are AUs allowed?
⊛ Yes, as long as they follow a horror theme. Horror-esque AUs are encouraged in this zine.Can I apply for multiple positions?
⊛ Yes, but keep in mind you will only be accepted for one.Is traditional art allowed?
⊛ Yes! As long you can provide high-quality scans of your work.Contributors' main communication center?
⊛ We ask for contributors to have a Discord account since we will be using a server as our main method of communication.How will contributors be compensated?
